Demining program on a real mine-affected area of APLs
at Sa Kaeo Province on September 14,2003

07.00 TMAC pick up participants from each hotel to Wing 6, Air Force Base, Donmuang by buses.

08.00 Depart for Wattananakorn AFB by two C-130 (Air Force Aircraft)

08.30 Arrive at Wattananakorn AFB

09.20 Arrive at Ban Nong Ya Kaeo, Sa Kaeo Province by buses

Participants are divided into 3 groups

1st group observe Mine Detection Dogs training (HMAU-1)

2nd group observe Civilian Deminers working manual demining operation

3rd group observe Operation of Mechanical Equipment (HMAU-1)
Then participants rotate to the other area.

12.00 Depart for lunch at Army Office Club

13.30 Depart for Wing 6, Air Force Base: Donmuang, Bangkok.

16.00 (Approx) Return to hotels

Due to the capacity of Aircrafts, we can limit only first 200 applicants registered through UNDDA
